Taylor’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, meaning she believes therapy should be shaped around you, your experiences, and what healing looks like for you. She draws from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Feminist Theory, allowing her to tailor your work to your individual needs and goals. In your sessions, you can expect a collaborative, compassionate, and affirming space where you are encouraged to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences at your own pace. She strives to meet you where you are, without judgment, while supporting you in deepening self-awareness, recognizing patterns, and exploring new ways of navigating life's challenges. She believes healing is not linear, so your work together will leave room for both the difficult moments and the meaningful growth along the way. Above all, Taylor’s focus is for you to leave your session feeling heard, supported, and empowered to build a stronger relationship with yourself and others.

Inspired By

Taylor’s passion for this work is rooted in understanding how meaningful it can be to find a therapist who truly feels like the right fit. Growing up, she remembers searching for that person herself, someone she could feel safe with, express herself openly with, and trust to meet her with understanding rather than judgment. She recognizes the challenge in finding the right therapist, but knows how rewarding and transformative it can be when you find someone who makes you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. Those experiences have shaped the therapist she strives to be; someone who creates a safe, affirming space where you can show up authentically, explore your experiences, and feel met with compassion and curiosity. Taylor chose this path because she believes there is incredible power in expressing yourself without fear of judgment, and she offers others the kind of therapeutic connection that makes room for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Tell Me More!

What gets Taylor out of bed each morning is the reminder that every day holds the possibility of something new, even when it looks similar to the day before. She strives to approach each day with curiosity and openness, recognizing that there is always something new to learn, experience, or appreciate. She reminds herself that meaningful change doesn't have to happen all at once; sometimes it starts with the smallest steps taken consistently over time. She tries to give herself the same grace and compassion that she encourages others to offer themselves, remembering that growth is not about perfection, but about showing up for yourself one day at a time.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys slowing down and making time for the things and people that bring her joy, whether that's getting lost in a good book, spending time on the golf course, hiking, or making memories with my partner, friends, and family. She values meaningful connections and believes some of the best moments in life come from being present with the people around us. Taylor strives to live intentionally and be mindful of how she spends her time, energy, and attention. She recognizes the importance of taking care of herself, listening to what she needs, and creating space to recharge so she can show up fully for the people in her life. She tries to practice what she encourages others to do: give herself grace, find balance, and make room for the little things that make life meaningful.

Background

Taylor’s journey into becoming a therapist has been shaped by a lifelong desire to help others and a deep belief in the power of human connection. She has always recognized the importance of compassion, understanding, and creating spaces free of judgment, and where people feel safe enough to express themselves, explore their experiences, and begin to heal. Through her clinical experiences and continued growth as a professional, Taylor has developed a person-centered approach that draws from various therapeutic modalities while recognizing that each individual's journey is unique. Today, Taylor aims to be the kind of therapist who meets clients where they are, fosters genuine connection, and empowers them to grow, heal, and blossom into the people they want to become.
