Rates & Policies
Insurance
Healthy Minds is out of network for insurance. We are happy to provide super bills to families upon request. A super bill can be used to request reimbursement for our services from your insurance company. Once you have contacted your health insurance company to determine if they will require any specific details for your reimbursement, simply fill out the form here, and we will take it from there.
Rates
Utilizing private pay is a huge advantage over most insurance since you will not be term-limited in your therapy, your insurance company will not be given any details of your therapy and you will not be given a diagnosis.
Associate Rate: $180 for all 50 minute sessions
Counselor Rate: $210 for all 50 minute sessions
Psychologist Rate: $230 for all 50 minute sessions
Director: $250 for all 50 minute sessions
Group Therapy Rates:
$125 for new-client consultation, and $900 for eight 50 minute sessions
Group Therapy Fine Print:
Healthy Minds’ Groups require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your registration spot. This deposit will be applied to your group tuition upon successful completion of registration, and your remaining balance of $700 will be billed in full within two weeks of your group start date. In the event that your group does not fill, Healthy Minds will refund your deposit.
Upon successful completion of our Group registration, Healthy Minds reserves a group therapy spot for you for the entirety of the 8 week group. If you miss a session, Healthy Minds will not refund the cost of said session, as we reserve a spot for you for the full 8 weeks. In the event of an ongoing emergency, or major life change, a refund will be evaluated on a case by case basis at the discretion of Healthy Minds.
Summer Camp Rates:
$125 for new-client consultation
$600 for five 3 hour sessions, or $400 for five 2 hour sessions
$1,200 for ten 3 hour sessions, or $800 for ten 2 hour sessions
Summer Camp Fine Print:
Healthy Minds’ Camps require a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold your registration spot. This deposit will be applied to your camp tuition upon successful completion of registration, and your remaining balance will be billed in full within two weeks of your camp start date. In the event that your camp does not fill, Healthy Minds will refund your deposit.
Upon successful completion of our Camp registration, Healthy Minds reserves a camp spot for you for the entirety of the camp. If you miss a session, Healthy Minds will not refund the cost of said session, as we reserve a spot for you for the full duration of the camp. In the event of an ongoing emergency, or major life change, a refund will be evaluated on a case by case basis at the discretion of Healthy Minds.
Payment
Healthy Minds accepts cash, all major credit cards, and checks for payment. We also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account).
All payments should be made payable to Healthy Minds. You can make payments online using the link provided on your invoice that will be emailed directly to you.
Late Policy
Thanks to our amazing clients, our therapists are often booked back to back. To ensure we deliver the highest quality of service, we have allocated the necessary time according to each appointment type. Arriving on time for your scheduled appointment is necessary for our team to adequately execute our services.
We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 5 minutes late, and we reserve the right to decline any service to a client that exceeds that window of time. Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the appointment type rate in full (where applicable), and your therapist will work with you to schedule a new appointment at a future date that works better for you. We understand that life happens, and will review exceptions on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Healthy Minds will bill in full for appointments/sessions that are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We completely understand that life happens, and we are more than happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment for a more accommodating time.
Refund Policy
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on payment merchant and financial institution turnaround times.
PLEASE NOTE: Processing fees are not refundable.
Refunds will not be considered for any services that have already been rendered. Refunds will also not be considered for any deposits that have been made.
