Olesia Singh, APCC

Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

Associate therapists have completed their academic training for a masters degree and have worked with clients for several years. In order to sit for their licensing exam, they have to be supervised for approximately 3000 hours after getting their degree. They are currently being supervised by one of our licensed clinicians to obtain these hours and complete this training. Supervision is a collaborative process and you will have the support of two very capable clinicians.

Tell Me More!

Olesia’s journey into clinical counseling is driven by a profound desire to explore the multifaceted nature of human experience, understand the deep laws of our psychology, and help people enjoy their lives more fully. She chose to become a therapist because she wanted to provide depth-oriented care that truly helps individuals find balance and share in the harmony of this world.

Outside of the office, Olesia is someone who finds profound joy in exploring the beauty of our world and nurturing the relationships that ground her. She deeply cherishes the time she spends sharing life with her friends, her beloved pets, and her family. She greatly values the comfort and connection of her local community. She is also an avid traveler and has had the incredible privilege of visiting 50 different countries. These global journeys have allowed her to immerse herself in diverse cultures, which continually broadens my perspective on the multifaceted human experience. When she is not traveling, you can usually find her reading and exploring new ideas. She is particularly drawn to spiritual, psychological, and self-development sources that deepen her understanding of the mind and soul. Spending time in nature is another vital part of her routine, offering a peaceful space to recharge and reflect. Ultimately, whether she is exploring a new country or enjoying a quiet walk outdoors, her daily goal is to stay present and notice the simple, everyday harmony of the world around us.

Background

Olesia’s journey to clinical counseling is rooted in a deep desire to help individuals understand the complex dynamics shaping their lives. For over 17 years, she worked in international corporate leadership and spent more than 8 years as a certified life coach. This extensive background gave her a practical, lived understanding of the daily pressures and career burnout that many professionals and parents face. Seeking to provide deeper, root-cause healing, she earned her Masters in Counseling at San Francisco State University and became a registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). Today, she blends her corporate and coaching experience with over 2 years of direct clinical practice to offer a highly grounded, emotionally intelligent framework for therapy. Ultimately, this unique journey equips me to deliver structured, neuroaffirming care that helps clients achieve whole-person wellness.
