With the increasingly fast-paced environment we are living in, therapeutic services are becoming more important than ever before. Lisa is a big believer in always trying to optimize health and wellness, and she believes therapy is a useful tool for doing exactly that. It makes her feel happy to be a part of an industry that intends on helping people navigate the challenges that can arise in our busy daily lives.
Lisa is currently a college student. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her friends and family. She loves cooking meals, going to the gym, dancing with friends, making jewelry, listening to podcasts, and reading. She is a huge fan of nature as well - whenever she has the time to be out in nature, like going to the park, going on a walk or hiking, she enjoys doing so. Besides looking forward to her morning latte, she enjoys taking her dog for his morning walk and getting on with her morning routine; helping keep her stay grounded. Everyday she strives to become a better version of herself, and for her that means always working toward implementing healthy habits into her lifestyle in regards to nutrition, sleep, and fitness. She’s learned to embrace jumping out of her comfort zone, and is always up for a good challenge. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and making efforts to stay connected with them is something she is intent on doing everyday.
Lisa strongly believes that every one of us has the ability to succeed, and that we just need to unlock that potential within us. She is so excited to work for Healthy Minds because it’s a business that is a part of the growing therapeutic industry that helps give people the tools they need to unlock their potential, and thrive in a society full of challenging expectations and pressure.
In the future, Lisa sees herself enriching people’s lives by contributing to the health space professionally. She has always been interested in podcasting, professorship, writing books, health-related research, or developing products and services that could help people live healthier and happier lives. Working for Healthy Minds is the beginning of her exciting journey in contributing to the health and wellness space!
